1 More Day

Hello Friends,
Tomorrow we are going shopping for things we will need for the trip, this is the first Quilt Retreat for our quilting group 3 Sisters Cyber Quilting, I am really excited about it....we will be leaving Wednesday morning, hubby will stay home and hold the fort down, he doesn't like to travel, he says he gets enough of that working....

Hello on Tuesday night

Jeezs,

Didn't realize it had been that long since I dropped in.....alot going on, I broke a bone in my foot Sunday, OUCH!!! I have to wear this uncomfortable boot.... I have an appointment tomorrow with the Orthopedic Doctor, I don't know if I will get a cast or what BUT he's got to do something , our quilt retreat is June 6 & 7th of Ju8ne in Berlin, Ohio and I'm going even if I have to crawl, lol.....

My sister Donna and I made a small quilt to give for the door prize, all I have to do is add the label:

I designed and made the top and Donna Quilted it.....
I have alot left to get finished before we leave......

Not Much Going On

Just trying to get that Quilt top finished for our retreat, my sister will quilt it, so I really need to finish it soon!!
I worked on it till very late last night and got in bed at 1 this morning.......
Tonight is American Idol night and I don't do anything when that is on but embroidery, I am making one nephew the States Quilt so it will take some time to finish.

Happy Easter to everyone,
We didn't do anything special this easter......I sewed alot today, trying to finish a small quilt I am making for our Quilting Retreat in June.....
I hope to get it finished in a few days then I will post a picture of it.......I have a couple of mystery quilts I am also working on......If I would finish one before I started another I wouldn't have so many UFO's laying around, lol.....
I have a ton of blocks to sew into quilt tops, some I need to make more blocks for.......
Well it's been a long day and I am whooped.....

I finally did it, I have been wanting to do this for ever, so now I have started my first blog.
I won't get much done this early a.m. but have pictures I want to add soon.
